PixKit

Privacy policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026. PixKit’s editor processes the images and videos you select inside your browser. PixKit does not upload the contents of those files to an application server.

On-device data

The editor can save a recovery session in your browser’s IndexedDB storage. That session stays on the device and can be discarded from the restore prompt or by clearing site data. Exported files are created locally and downloaded through your browser.

Network requests

Pages and application assets are served by the hosting provider. Vercel Web Analytics may collect cookieless, aggregate page-view and browser information. Some optional advanced features download pinned codec or background-removal code and model files from jsDelivr or IMG.LY infrastructure; your source image pixels are still processed locally and are not sent with those downloads.

What PixKit does not collect

PixKit has no account system, advertising profile or server-side project library. Do not use the tool with media you are not authorized to edit.
